Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not by us. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Singing Coach AI and tap Cancel. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Singing Coach AI and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Nothing disappears. You keep full access to your Vocal DNA profile, your past recordings and feedback, and every song guide — you just can't submit new song reviews until your count resets at the start of your next cycle.

Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade in the app or through your store's subscription settings, and the change prorates through the App Store or Google Play — upgrades usually apply right away, downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Billing is handled entirely by Apple and Google, so refunds go through their standard processes. For App Store purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the refund option in your Play order history or Google's refund request form.

No. Apple and Google process every payment, and we never see or store your card details. We only receive confirmation from the store that your plan is active.
